Yes, we are happy to provide a visa letter for this purpose. Please note the following:
Once we have the above information, we will send you a letter in pdf format with all your specifics.
We would advice course delegates from abroad requiring a travel visa to do so in good time. Sometimes the initial application gets rejected due to a mistake on the application form which has to be resubmitted. Time for such possibiities should be allowed. We advice applications be made as early as 12-6 months in advance. Planning early will allow for savings to be made for travel and hotel.
If your travel visa has been rejected, it is important you make all efforts to contact the appropriate authority at the British Embassy/High Commission and see how this can be resolved. We are also happy to provide a letter to support your application which will include information such as the course fee paid and our contact at the Royal College Of Physicians venue.
From our experience appeals can sometimes work, much depends on the specifics of each application relating to personal matters beyond our control.
If your visa has been rejected and you have paid for the course, please provide us a document from the authorities confirming the status and we will do our best to provide you a full refund and or keep the credit for you to be used towards the course in the following year.
Many thanks for completing the feedback survey. Delegates are given up to 30 days after the event to complete the survey, beyond which no certificates will be issued. We are sorry that your download certificate link is broken, please contact us using the form on the website and we will be happy to provide assistance to get this resolved.
We apologise for the error, please contact us directly with the correct name as it should be. In addition to our rare error, sometimes delegates make mistakes on the name in the sign up form where we get the information for the certificate. We will resolve this quickly for you with a new certificate.
