We look forward to seeing everyone at our much anticipated 2025 London Core Review event (14-16 Mahy 2025) at the Wellcome Collection in Euston, London shortly. Below is some helpful information to ensure you have a smooth transition to our venue. While some of our sponsors will bring their exhibition materials on the big day; others have these couriered. Our Delivery Guide PDF has all the information as shown on this page along with printable labels. Sponsors should confirm deliveries BEFORE sending to ensure there are no further changes/all info is current and accurate.
The cutting edge 3D view of the Wellcome Collection provides a wonderful insight into our stunning venue for our 2025 course.
1. The venue will allow deliveries to be sent 5 days before the start date - 7th May 2025 and not earlier.
2. On 14 May 2025, the setup of your tables will be allowed from 8 am. Your delivered items will be at your appointed tables.

Delivery time must be between 8:00am - 5:00pm
Deliveries MUST be at the address shown above and not the main visitor entry address. Our PDF venue map has locations of both the main entrance and delivery location (also see our google maps link).
Confirmed Exhibitors will be allocated a stand number. This number must be placed on a label in addition to the main delivery address label. Be sure to use your own pre-paid courier labels for the return.
